What Note AI does #

Note AI - Genius Note Taker turns a meeting into notes you can act on. You record the meeting — a phone or laptop on the table for an in-person meeting, or the audio of an online call — and Note AI separates the speakers, writes the transcript, and produces a summary with decisions, action items and open questions. You can then ask questions about the meeting and get answers with citations back to the exact moment they came from.

Note AI works across languages, with the deepest support for Vietnamese.

The short version #

• Your recordings are yours. We process them to produce your notes — nothing else.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not let AI providers train models on your meetings.
• You can delete everything, at any time, from inside the app or by asking us.
• Recording is your responsibility. Tell the people in the room, and get their agreement, before you hit record.
