Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the agreement between you and Furia App Studio for your use of Note AI - Genius Note Taker ("Note AI", "the app"). By downloading, signing in to, or using Note AI, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Who may use Note AI #

You must be at least 16 years old — or 13 with the consent of a parent or guardian where local law allows. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company or team, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" means the organisation.

What the service is #

Note AI records or ingests meeting audio and uses automated speech recognition, speaker separation and AI models to produce transcripts, summaries, decisions, action items and searchable meeting memory.

Your responsibilities when recording #

You are solely responsible for complying with the recording and privacy laws that apply to you and to the people you record. In particular you agree that:

• You have the legal right to record each meeting you bring into Note AI.
• You inform participants that the meeting is being recorded and processed by an AI assistant, and you obtain their consent where the law requires it.
• You stop recording and delete the recording if a participant withdraws consent.
• You will not record conversations covertly where doing so is unlawful.

If someone complains to us that you recorded them unlawfully, we may suspend the affected content while we look into it.

Your content #

• You keep ownership of the audio, transcripts, notes and generated output associated with your account ("Your Content").
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit and process Your Content solely to operate the features you ask for — transcription, analysis, search, export and support. The licence ends when you delete the content.
• We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and our providers are contractually barred from doing so.
• You are responsible for Your Content being lawful and for having the rights to submit it.

Acceptable use #

You agree not to:

• Record or upload content you have no right to record, or content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing.
• Use Note AI for covert surveillance, or to build profiles of people without their knowledge.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to bypass limits or authentication in the service.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
• Interfere with the service — overload it, probe it, or use it in a way that degrades it for others.

Subscriptions, trials and refunds #

• Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those stores handle the payment, not us.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at purchase until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your store account: iOS — Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android — Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Any free trial converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We will help you with the request, but we cannot issue store refunds ourselves.
• We may change prices. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you before they take effect.

Usage limits #

Paid plans may include limits — recording hours, storage, AI requests. Where limits apply, they are shown in the app before you buy. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect the service, and will not reduce a limit you have already paid for during a paid period.

Availability and changes #

We work to keep Note AI available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue a feature you depend on or shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice and let you export Your Content first.

Third-party services #

Note AI relies on third-party infrastructure and AI providers, listed in our Privacy Policy. Their outages or errors can affect the service. Your use of the app stores is also governed by Apple's and Google's own terms.

Intellectual property #

The app, its software, models, prompts, branding and design are owned by Furia App Studio and protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Note AI — nothing more. Your Content is excluded from this and stays yours.

Disclaimers #

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Note AI is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that transcripts or summaries will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability #

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furia App Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of Note AI. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; where that is the case, the limitations apply only as far as the law permits, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity #

You agree to indemnify Furia App Studio against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you recorded or uploaded without the right to do so, or from your breach of these Terms.

Suspension and termination #

You may stop using Note AI at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Where circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export Your Content.

Governing law #

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Vietnam — unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings there, which it may.

Changes to these Terms #

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Note AI after that means you accept the updated Terms.
