Delete your account and data
How to permanently delete your Note AI account, your recordings, transcripts and AI notes — in the app or by email.

You can delete your Note AI - Genius Note Taker account and everything in it at any time. This page describes both routes and exactly what gets erased.
Important
Deletion is permanent. Recordings, transcripts, summaries, action items and voice profiles cannot be recovered afterwards — not by you and not by us. Export anything you want to keep first.
Option 1 — delete inside the app #
- Open Note AI and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the summary of what will be removed and confirm.
Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out on every device.
Option 2 — delete by email #
If you cannot open the app, send an email to furiaappstudio@gmail.com from the email address registered to the account, with the subject line:
Delete my account — Note AIWe verify that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account. We confirm by email when it is done — normally within 3 business days, and always within 30 days.
Delete a single meeting instead #
You do not have to delete everything. Open the meeting, tap the ⋯ menu and choose Delete. The audio, transcript and all AI output for that meeting are removed, and the rest of your account is untouched.
What is deleted #

| Anonymised, aggregated statistics | Kept — they cannot be linked back to you |
Before you delete: export your data #
Ask us at furiaappstudio@gmail.com for an export and we will send your meetings, transcripts and summaries in a portable format. Request the export before you delete — once the account is gone we have nothing to export.
Cancel your subscription too #
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, because subscriptions live in the app stores:
- iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Note AI → Cancel.
- Android: Google Play → profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Note AI → Cancel.
Cancel first, then delete, or you may be charged for the next period.
